Summary:
FleetMatics is looking for a highly motivated customer focused professional with experience working with a diverse customer base. The candidate will be responsible for training our existing customers on products and services offered by FleetMatics, in order for them to fully leverage the benefits of our SaaS system. The candidate will work closely with the existing client sales team to set appointments and determine any follow up needs required from the customer.
Responsibilities:
Train Existing Customers on the basics of navigating FleetMatics system
Demo software to existing customers to increase value and ROI
Liaise with customer support, existing sales, and other areas of the business to ensure customer satisfaction
Customer site visits for group training
Keep accurate, detailed records of all training activity in CRM (Salesforce.com)
Use knowledge of industry types to tailor training experience
Identify, recommend and assist in the implementation or recommended improvements to maximize the number of customers trained as well as customer training experience
Organizational Relationships:
Reports directly to Director, Customer Experience.
Qualifications:
2+ years B2B experience
Bachelor?s Degree
Creative and articulate.
Strong business acumen and presence. Comfortable presenting to groups.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, and multi task
Positive, persistent, and self-motivated
Proficient in MS Office.
Salesforce.com experience a plus
Work Environment:
The hours of this position are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.
Moderate travel may be required
Highly energetic sales and customer service atmosphere
