Flex Software Developer New York ON24

We are looking for a dynamic Flex Software Developer with a drive and passion for solving real problems and beating deadlines. You will be working with a team who are world leaders in delivering innovative Rich Internet Applications using the Adobe Flex product. We work at the intersection of Virtual Worlds, live streaming Audio, Video, and Enterprise Webcasting applications. If you have demonstrable experience in delivering Enterprise Wide/Commercial Flex Applications and fit the following profile, then we are looking for you.

REQUIRED:

- One complete lifecycle, and at least 6 months commercial Flex, including RPC, Cairngorm, MVC
- Unit testing experience (JUnit or Flex Unit)
- Come from a Java background, able to write and debug basic Java POJO Server Side code.


NICE TO HAVE:

- Visual Basic, .NET, AJAX libraries.
- Web based scalable applications - SaaS
- Strong enterprise software development experience with J2EE - EJB, JMS, Weblogic
- One or two years Flex experience in an enterprise environment.
- Ant.
- Agile or iterative development.
- Strong OO analysis and design skills
- Definition & development of software design patterns.
