Description:
A Focus Client Representative will be responsible for cultivating relationships with divisionally prioritized focus clients. A Focus Client Representative will work in all specialties to cultivate, and retain relationships with Focus Clients at a trusted partner level. Adheres to company mission and values.
Job Duties
Essential -
? Develop new business for multiple specialties and customize service to fit client needs
? Maintain oversight of accounts to ensure client satisfaction and building high level relationships
? Negotiate according to CompHealth Locum?s strategy, client contracts for locum tenens service and permanent placement services; serve as Agent in making contractual commitments on behalf of the company
? Leverage current relationships to grow business across specialties and gain access to large health systems
? Increase divisional profit by creating, implementing and measuring client acquisition, growth and retention strategies and tactics
? Ability to recruit physicians as demand and business conditions require
? Be prepared to travel for the purpose of face to face interactions with clients and potential clients
? Demonstrate clear understanding of various types of Health Care delivery systems and put plans in place to address customer needs as requested
? Interface with CHG, Inc. divisions, teams and departments regarding client needs
? Maintain and update client information in database
? Develop with Sales Leaders new target marking plans and strategies that grow market share
? Focus on client facing activities with CompHealth Locum?s Focus Clients
? Build and train on processes and accountability around recruiting and servicing of Focus Clients
? Develop marketing strategies and ensure plans are being executed appropriately
? Other projects as assigned by management
? Ability to create and maintain an in-depth profile of Focus Client to show understanding of client?s goals, processes, values, culture, etc.
Requirements
Essential
? Influential written and oral communication skill at a professional level
? Effective public speaking and information presentation skills
? Effective and proven sales, negotiating and closing capabilities
? Experience in providing a high degree of customer service
? Excellent organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills
? Ability to grow relationships within accounts at a strategic/trusted partner level
Non-essential -
? Working knowledge of physician and clinical practices
Experience & Education
Essential -
? Minimum of one year of proven experience in healthcare staffing
? Minimum of seven years of professional sales
? Proven, successful track record of hitting sales goals and quotas
Abilities:
Essential -
? Ability to devise and execute work goals independently
? Ability to understand complex healthcare systems
? Ability to target and sell to high level decision makers
? Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and objectives
? Ability to be persuasive and influential in verbal and written communication
? Analyze business trends/indicators and create successful business plans
