DescriptionPosition Title: Forms Specialist- Contract Position
Department: Technical Operations
The Forms Developer position is part of the Technical Operations team, and is responsible for creating, editing, updating, and managing all initial disclosure and closing forms used by our customers and investors in the mortgage industry. This position requires someone who is extremely detail oriented, striving for perfection in the forms produced.
Primary Responsibilities/Objectives:
Create, update, and manage initial disclosure and closing forms used by our customers and investors in the mortgage industry.
Manage the in-process backlog and requestor priorities to ensure that development work is completed within agreed upon time commitments.
Work with requestors to clarify specifications and requirements for new and modified forms. Recommend alternative methods or designs as appropriate to improve the quality or usability of a form.
Provide ongoing communication to Docs Operations manager and team members of the status of, and any issues associated with, requested forms.
Create, update, and edit additional publications as assigned.
Experience and Skills:
Minimum two years? experience developing and designing forms and other publications.
PC proficiency including MS Office applications, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
Extremely detailed oriented.
Proven proficiency in proofreading and editing.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the mortgage industry is a big plus.
