Description:
Overture Networks has an opening for a Hardware FPGA Design Engineer with strong Datacom/Telecom background. Demonstrated work ethic, self starter, creative thinker, collaborative team player with excellent communications skills. A strong preference for small company atmosphere is a must.
Duties:
Successful candidate will be responsible for the full product lifecycle of Hardware product development: concept to end-of-life. This includes system architecture, FPGA/CPLDs selection, design, verification, lab testing, sustaining engineering, indepth debug and root cause analysis.
Qualifications:
Electrical Engineer, either MSEE or BSEE.
4 - 10 years of FPGA design experience.
Experience with the FPGA total design process.
Verilog design skills. Datacom/Telecom work experience
Desirable Skills: System Verilog and Perl
