Fraud Prevention Specialist Guardian Analytics
As a Guardian Analytics Fraud Prevention Specialist you will be part of a small, dynamic and growing team that delivers fraud expertise for our fraud prevention managed service - FraudDESK. You will actively support our banking customers' fraud prevention efforts by using Guardian Analytics products to monitor suspicious activities for online banking, mobile banking and other payments technologies. You will interact directly with our fraud team.
Role and Responsibilities:
Utilize Guardian Analytics analytics software and other third party tools to analyze, detect, and prevent fraud
Analyze data to detect fraud patterns and trends
Detect suspicious activity to intervene proactively and minimize loss
Collaborate, problem solve and work to contribute the growth of the team and function
Work collaboratively with Fraud Analyst to streamline detection process
Demonstrate strong client service skills and a "here to help" approach
Maintain confidentiality concerning all information and projects/assignments
Maintain integrity, objectivity and discretion in the performance of duties
Desired Skills & Experience
Required Experience
A minimum of 5+ years of recent experience within the financial services industry in fraud prevention or fraud detection
Knowledge of fraud as it affects financial institutions specifically in online banking
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
Experience working in a small, dynamic, fast-paced company
Strong critical and analytical thinking, time management,decision making and problem solving
Desire and ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environment
