that is inspired by the beauty found in cultures around the world. The assortment is found in our catalog , our website and
hundreds of specialty stores including Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, and high-end boutiques.
Job Overview: We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support the Marketing Department on a 4-month on-site
(no telecommuting) contract basis, especially with wholesale marketing efforts. The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible
for maintaining the B2B website and online marketing compaigns (emails, banner ads, etc), as well as updating
seasonal product packaging and assisting with product prepping for studio photography. The Junior Graphic Designer will
work hand-in-hand with the Graphic Designer and Managing Graphic Designer for design direction. The overall objective
of the Junior Graphic Designer is to become familiar with the Tea brand and maintain marketing collateral that supports
the brand.
Responsibilities:
- Update B2B website with seasonal product imagery, content and tools.
- Use established templates to create email campaigns and update banner ads.
- Update seasonal product packaging (ie, hangtags, size stickers).
- Work with internal departments (Merchandising and Sales) to provide posters and sales collateral in time for
seasonal trade shows/events.
- Assist Graphic Designer during studio photo shoots (ie, prepping products, renting equipment, etc).
- Assist Managing Graphic Designer with catalog production.
- Provide photography CDs to volunteer models.
- Fulfill online image requests (requires burning CDs/uploading image via third-party software).
- Scan and update press information; organize and archive past press material.
Qualification Requirements:
- Recent graphic design graduate looking for professional experience (or with 2-3 yrs work experience to
substitute for a design degree)
- Proficiency with HTML , CSS, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office
- Studio/hand skills: confidence working with blade, ruler and glue for clean mock-ups/comping of
presentation materials
- Availability of a computer + software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver)

Compensation: TBD based on experience.
