We?re looking for a seasoned person to be the ?face of CodeRyte.? You?ll welcome all comers, by phone and in person. You?ll be the hub for our employees (40% work remotely), helping them access who and what they need in our corporate office. You?ll be in charge of organizing and maintaining our lobby, meeting rooms, supply room, and kitchens. And you?ll be on tap for diverse administrative tasks and other office events and projects, as needed.
Sound like a challenge? It is, but of course you knew that. Even more, you?re psyched to take it on.
The truth is, this is a full-time job. A really full-time job: we need someone who can work on site 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. every day, Monday through Friday. If you are ready to be the face of CodeRyte, we?d love to talk to you.
Requirements:
? Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner to connect with all manner of people: our employees, clients, prospects, executives, Board of Directors, and vendors.
? Initiative, reliability, flexibility, trustworthiness, drive for results, whether answering the phone, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby, or setting up for a Board dinner.
? You?ll be helping with administrative overflow, so you must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Accuracy and attention to detail under pressure and tight deadlines are absolute musts. You?ll also assist with filing, complicated scheduling, expense reports, and other projects.
? You?ll maintain our supply inventory and ensure adequate stock; work with vendors and online systems; make sure kitchens, copiers, and conference rooms are stocked daily; run the dishwashers each night and empty them every morning; make arrangements for meetings and office functions; help set up and clean up events; and place catering orders.
? You?ll work with our Help Desk team to keep our copiers, fax machines, and printers stocked and running smoothly.
? You?ll manage our parking pass program, maintain and distribute our office contact list, order business cards, order and assign security key fobs, and be our liaison with building management. You?ll also resolve day-to-day office issues, monitor incoming faxes, distribute mail, make some post office trips, and run a few other neighborhood errands.
? You?ll coordinate and communicate meeting logistics, anticipating detailed needs and making arrangements ahead of time, including reserving rooms in advance, gathering and compiling presentation materials, ordering food, setting up, and tidying up afterwards.
