We are an IAC company, which means we come from a long line of massively successful brands including Match.com, Vimeo.com and others.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:
You'll be working on end-to-end user experience design: assisting with mood board preparation and visual style studies, participating in user research, creating low fidelity prototypes, and performing usability studies?but the bulk of your time will be spent creating production assets for the development team based on style guides you helped to create.
Inspire our design team to challenge boundaries, produce greatness and focus on continued improvement, all while having a good time doing it.
Work with product and technology leads to help us elevate our platform with clever, long-lasting solutions that serve to grow our business.

An interest in not only the latest visual design trends, but also emerging techniques (responsive design, OOCSS, etc) and frameworks.
A solid understanding of UI design principles and best practices.
Formal design education is great, but not a deal breaker. Recent design school graduates are encouraged to apply.
The ability to create not only usable, beautiful designs but an understanding of how to turn business requirement into designs that work.
Familiarity with an agile development cycle is helpful, but not required.
Strong portfolio showcasing skills in core design and UX principles
informed and one step ahead of where they need to be.
WHAT MAKES US A BIT GIDDY:
You?re eager to learn anything and everything. You know your own potential is limitless.
DID WE MENTION BREAKFAST IS ON US?EVERY DAY?

Add to that summer outings, team gatherings, softball/kickball/soccer teams, Nerf-gun battles, Thanksgiving dinner with all the fixin?s, cake on your birthday, and you?ve got yourself a pretty sweet deal.
