We're looking for a talented, hard-working front-end developer to contribute in the enhancement of a highly dynamic, high traffic web site.
Responsibilities:
Develop attractive, interactive, and functional front-end web pages using our existing design style as a model.
Code as close to W3C web standards as possible and cross-browser test all front-end development work.
Use Javascript and AJAX to promote interactivity and positive user experience on the site.
Work with a team on new product features but be able to work independently as well.
Investigate new resources to use will improve functionality, usability, loading speed, and search engine results.
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years relevant work experience
Thorough knowledge of HTML and CSS
Thorough knowledge of Javascript, JQuery, and AJAX
Strong graphic and web design skills
Hard worker who wants to learn and grow with the position and company
Good team player, go getter, passionate about being part of a successful company
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects concurrently
Results oriented; driven to be great
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with HTML5 and CSS3
Experience with various Javascript frameworks such as Backbone, Angular, Knockout, or Ember
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
Experience working in a ASP.NET environment
