Required Skills & Experience

5 years of professional web development experience.
Expertise in cross-platform AJAX, DHTML, XHTML, CSS 2.0, JavaScript 1.5, XML, and XSLT.
Experience building efficient, dynamic, data-driven, and scalable browser based user interfaces and web applications.
Experience with short web oriented software lifecycles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent teamwork, analytical and problem solving skills. Must be extremely detail oriented.
Fast learner - can quickly come up to speed with different technologies and develop prototypes as needed.

Desired Skill & Experience

Flash/ActionScript and/or Photoshop experience a plus.
Experience with Search Engine Optimization techniques
Development experience in LINUX environments.
PHP development experience.
BS in Computer Science or comparable experience.
