You know Javascript, not just jQuery, and you love it
Experience building real world, non trivial JS applications
Bulletproof knowledge of the DOM, CSS, HTML
Experience optimizing websites for speed and perceived load time
Cross browser compatibility is always on your mind
Comfortable in a Linux environment
Database (MySQL / PostgreSQL) experience
Proficiency in PhotoShop
Hungry for code ownership and more than enough responsibility to be dangerous
You believe in our vision of changing the world of collaborative payments
Pluses:
Know your way around Backbone/Underscore/Handlebars
Mobile experience
Perl / Dancer experience
