The Search Team takes an incredibly complicated home search process and brings it online into an addictive, fun, and delightful experience.
You have:
A passion for building beautiful user experiences
2-4 years of experience with front-end technologies like CSS, JavaScript, AJAX
A good eye for design - you should have a gut sense for when a design feels right and wrong
Some front end framework experience - we use Dojo, LESS and Backbone.js, but are always looking for new innovative technologies to integrate into our site
Enthusiasm about Agile software development and shipping new releases quickly
