If this sounds like you, then continue to read on!The Telerik team is growing and we are currently looking for a Front-End Developer to join our web development team in Austin, TX. You would be working on a new, actively developed, customer facing web site, for which we need someone skilled in making web pages snappy, intuitive and a joy to use.
If you were a part of our team, here are some things you would have done last week as a Front-End Developer:
? Integrated HTML/CSS templates into a Microsoft MVC site utilizing the Razor Markup (CSHTML).
? Implemented page workflows, and made UI design elements come to life with jQuery and HTML5.
? Assisted in turning User Interfaces designed in Adobe Photoshop into HTML/CSS templates.
? Worked to ensure Cross-browser support of the site HTML/CSS, including mobile devices.
? Collaborated with UX specialists, QAs, Developers and Support.
You will be the person who has:
? Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (jQuery)
? Advanced knowledge of CSS (CSS3) and creating cross-browser layouts
? Some experience developing with HTML5.
? Basic experience with Adobe Photoshop or Fireworks in creating HTML prototypes
? Some understanding of Razor Markup, C#, and ASP MVC sites.
? Good written English skills
? Strong communication and problem solving skills
? Ability to work without close supervision
? Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment required
? Exceptional ability to learn new skills
? Down-to-earth, creative, driven and friendly personality.
