Adchemy is looking for a Rockstar Front End Engineer to create memorable user experiences and to push the boundaries of what is possible on the web. You have the opportunity to play a critical role in rebuilding the user interface for our flagship product. You will work with customers and product management and user experience teams to identify and define features. If you love creating beautiful Ui's and playing with the latest technologies, this is the role for you!
Implement new exciting features and perfect existing features
Work closely with, and incorporate feedback from product managers, designers and other engineers
Pro-actively enhance our web platform
Proficiency with JQuery, Backbone.js and underscore.js
Experience using template languages like Mustache and Handlebars
Excellent understanding of MVC patterns for web applications
Experience developing responsive web applications that work well across multiple devices
Experience creating applications using a server side framework (e.g. NodeJS, Rails, etc )
Must be a self-starter and enjoy working in a team with other passionate professionals.
Nice to have:
Experience with NodeJS and Express
Experience with Sass and Compass
Solid understanding of the full web technology stack (e.g. HTTP, cookies, asset loading / caching)
Experience with cross-browser quirks
Data-informed product development: analytics, A/B testing, etc.
Experience using REST API?s
Experience with git
