One of the most disruptive and exciting startups in the tech industry today, Nutanix is hiring a Front End/UI Engineer to build system management features and engaging user interfaces for web browsers, Android, and iOS (iPhone/iPad). Our UI needs to be refreshing for the enterprise users (a far cry from the traditional enterprise UI) and will leverage the latest concepts and technologies used in user interface development.

You have:
Experience in designing and implementing exceptional user interfaces in HTML5, Javascript and CSS
Experience in developing enterprise web applications
Finely tuned critical thinking and problem-solving skills
A Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science (or equivalent)
3-5 years experience
Nice to have:
Experience with Java
Experience in developing on iOS and Android platforms
Familiarity with OS internals, concepts of distributed data management, and design/implementation tradeoffs in building clustered, high- performance, fault-tolerant distributed systems software
FLEX as we are currently moving from FLEX to HTML5
You would be:
Working closely with the UX and visual design team to build a highly engaging UI that predicts and exceeds user expectations
Working closely with the product management team to understand user needs
Participating in process definition and technology selection to ensure appropriate testing of UIs
