SUMMARY:

Front-End web Developer to join our team to continue building our mobile application for e-Commerce

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In all phases of software product development, analyzing, coding and testing
• Involvement in both new implementation and maintenance of existing software products
• Integrate client-side application code with back end services (e.g. advanced JavaScript, jQuery).
• Spikes on new products, features, or widgets either as proof of concept or to assist in requirements identification
• Code reviews on peers
• Assist customers and services with implementation and deployment

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent

Required Skills:

• Worked with Web development for mobile devices such as phones and tablets sometime during school, internship or employment
• Worked with UI Development using one or more: JSP, HTML5, CSS, Web Services
• Ability to adapt to change
• Good communication skills
• A team player
• Interested in an Agile development environment (Scrum and Lean methodologies)

preferred skills:

• Hands on development experience with rich user interface technologies for mobile will be an advantage
• Understanding of multi-platform development for either iOS, Android and/or Windows
• Worked with JQuery Mobile as framework
