Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conversion of application specifications into fully-tested javascript, built on jQuery
Conversion of layout mock-ups into images and standards-compliant CSS/XHTML
Develop/manage javascript and stylesheet libraries used by multiple applications
Remain current on developments in relevant technologies i.e., jQuery, HTML5, browser support, etc
Qualifications
Technical Qualifications:
Ability to write advanced object-oriented JavaScript for web applications, including at least one (1) project with AJAX
Expertise with creating cross-browser CSS-based layouts from designs, following semantic web principles
Proficiency with graphics software such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Fireworks
An understanding of MVC frameworks
Experience with version control i.e., SVN, CVS or Git
Knowledge of the Agile Development process
