The Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to, the Reception area and providing administrative support to the general office.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Greets clients and office guests in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner
Maintains the reception area to ensure effective communications both internally and externally
Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate
Receives, sorts and distribute incoming and outgoing FedEx and mail
Responsible for facilities maintenance of office layout and equipment, cubicle arrangements and housekeeping of office areas such as break room, kitchen and conference rooms
Orders office snacks and supplies in accordance with company policies and budgetary restrictions
Participates in HR department tasks such as coordinating company events , pulling resumes and new hire on-boarding
Schedules and organizes complex activities such as booking conference rooms, meetings, travel arrangement and/or special requests from departments
Set up conference rooms by arranging location and ordering food
General clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and drafting memos
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an corporate office environment
Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Knowledge of clerical, administrative and basic office management procedures
Strong prioritizing, planning and organizing skills
Ability to lift approximately 15-20 lbs
Brings an upbeat, energetic personality that is able to roll up their sleeves and be a team player
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience
This is a full time position located in Los Angeles and salary is D.O.E. Employees will receive health, vision and dental after introductory period. In addition, 401K, long-term and short-term disability benefits will be provided. The work shifts are M-F from 8:30am ? 5:30pm. Candidates must be able to work the scheduled hours.
