Compusearch Software Systems, Inc., a leading provider for procurement and grants solutions to the federal marketplace, is seeking a Test Engineer. Primary responsibilities include:
Tests moderate to highly complex software applications and/or systems
Reviews system requirements documentation; designs, defines, and documents unit and application test plans; creates and executes test scripts
Ensures proper documentation of test results; responsible for/or assists in the analysis of test results, documents conclusions, and makes recommendations accordingly
Participates in all phases of risk management assessments and software development, as directed by the Test Engineer
Experience, Skills/Abilities, and Education:
Minimum of 5 years experience designing, developing, and executing test plans
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite desktop applications
Experience in the development and implementation of test strategies, case, plans, traceability matrices, procedures, and reports.
Basic knowledge of database commands desired
Experience articulating and presenting technical situations and information to a non-technical audience desired
Physical Requirements: Qualified candidates will need to be able to travel to and work in multiple locations if needed
