This role works with several cross-functional areas to ensure every customer order is assigned and/or completed at Vertafore. Performs Reporting on fulfillment and provides to stakeholders. Is assigned to work with business partners to create new processes or improve current process that impact fulfillment. Is responsible to ensure orders are entered into our Professional Services Automation software and that internal software systems are kept up to date.WHO ARE YOU?

You have experience with and are knowledgeable about processing customer orders.
You have proven success in a fulfillment role.
You pay attention to detail and inconsistencies stick out to you.
You are a self-starter interested in providing insight into your area of the business.
You know how to quickly get things done without someone guiding you step by step
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor?s Degree Required
1-3 years experience with reporting
Experience with Oracle EBS a preferred
Experience with Changepoint a Plus
Fulfillment experience preferred
