Fulfillment - Kitting Lead - 1st Shift Foxfire Printing and Packaging, Inc.
Background: We are currently seeking demonstrated fulfillment or production leaders for 1st and 2nd shift positions. Incumbent will oversee the daily activities of a Hand Labor team to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Assists supervisor, trains junior staff, plans/organizes tasks, and independently leads projects. ?Manage and maintain inventory levels for kitting
?Oversee personnel during kitting process and provide on-the-job training to new employees
?Maintain material supply adhering to just in time manufacturing principles
?Manage incoming orders by due date
?Package finished product for shipping
?Schedule and coordinate shipments daily
?Stage finished product for loading
?Complete daily logs
Responsibilities: Successful candidates will possess:
?High School Diploma or equivalent
?Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar lead role in kitting or picking/packing environment
?Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
?Proven experience with MS Office, Fed Ex, and UPS software
?Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (unassisted)
