We are currently accepting resumes for the position of 2nd shift lead in our Fulfillment/Kitting area to coordinate and inspect various items for daily, weekly, and monthly distribution. The schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-12:00am (subject to change based on business needs). ? Manage and maintain inventory levels for kitting
? Oversee personnel during kitting process and provide on-the-job training to new employees
? Maintain material supply adhering to just in time manufacturing principles
? Manage incoming orders by due date
? Package finished product for shipping
? Schedule and coordinate shipments daily
? Stage finished product for loading
? Complete daily logs
Responsibilities: Successful candidates will possess:
? High School Diploma or equivalent
? Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar lead role in kitting or picking/packing environment
? Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
? Proven experience with MS Office, Fed Ex, and UPS software
? Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (unassisted)
