We are currently accepting resumes for a full-time Kitting Lead to work the following 14-day schedule: Wk 1: Mon 9pm to 5am; Tue 5pm to 5am; Wed 9pm to 5am; Sat 5pm to 5am. Wk 2: Sun 5pm to 5am; Wed & Thu 1pm to 9pm; Fri 5pm to 5am.

Description: Job Duties
? Manage and maintain inventory levels for kitting
? Oversee personnel during kitting process and provide on-the-job training to new employees
? Maintain material supply adhering to just in time manufacturing principles
? Manage incoming orders by due date
? Package finished product for shipping
? Schedule and coordinate shipments daily
? Stage finished product for loading
? Complete daily logs


Responsibilities: Successful candidates will possess:
? High School Diploma or equivalent
? Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar lead role in kitting or picking/packing environment
? Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
? Proven experience with MS Office, Fed Ex, and UPS software
? Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (unassisted)
