Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Working in conjunction with the Regional/Department Workflow Manager and Workflow Team Leaders to ensure coordination and distribution of daily tasks and all necessary information, documents, and reports are obtained for the timely and accurate completion and delivery of company products and services.
This position is located in the Queens office.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages daily workflow volumes and queue levels through the day. Distributes work to Searcher/Examiners.
Ensures department meets company and client service level requirements.
Continuously analyzes and reviews: ?in queue, late items and production reports to ensure proper distribution of tasks to the appropriate examiner/searchers for completion. Keeps management informed of outstanding tasks.
Ensures that internal and external quality control meet Company standards for conformity to business practices, policies and procedures.
Reviews, determines and approves amount to be billed for search based on cost and time spent. Provides estimate of time and cost of complex searches for client approval.
Continuously run reports; analyze and review data with regards to overall production, quality and service level requirements.
Process Improvement: Conducts root cause analysis and implements corrective action as needed; identifies report defects and determines the appropriate corrective action; communicates document issues and rejections to management; resolve issues and put measures in place to avoid issues recurring.
Assists in training new and existing employees on search processes using RedVision systems, search and exam principles and procedures designated by regional requirements.
Assists WFTL or WFM with vendor management and invoicing.
Completes/reviews files and amend incorrect reports as needed.
Works with the Client Services Specialists to process any correspondence sent from the customer.
Responds to questions or inquiries from team members regarding complex or challenging issues regarding processing orders.
Answers phone calls from clients regarding order issues, status and services.
Assists in correcting and tracking errors made by team members.
Relays information to Regional/Department Workflow Managers and Team Leads regarding customer complaints/issues.
Assists WFTL or WFM with all aspect of managing the performance of the searcher/examiners on the team.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The work is sedentary, typically employee sits comfortably to do the work. There may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as paper, books, or notebooks.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment that requires normal safety precautions.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 6 months working onsite at RedVision
Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
Preferred:
Associates degree in related field

Proficient in use of company order processing platform and company processes
