The Game Designer is responsible for the design, implementation and tuning of limited-time events and the features and content that makes them successful. In this role, you will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to ensure the game is fun, engaging and achieving revenue targets for a variety of player segments.

Responsibilities
Design and implement the content needed for multiple events per month (including themes, rewards, enemies, npcs storylines, dialog
Drive the design and tuning of new and existing game features and systems to improve and extend the performance of events
Leverage real-time data and player feedback to adjust tuning and maximize player engagement
Manage game economy to ensure the game is fun and challenging
Simulate and forecast player behavior through tuning models based on game tuning and data
Maintain game documentation
Contribute to user interface design and create wireframes as needed fro new event features
Requirements
2+ years experience as a game designer, experience in free-to-play games preferred
Deep understanding of game systems, economies, balancing and pacing
Proficient in English with exceptional communication skills
Interest in and ability to read and analyze game data with a working knowledge of industry-standard KPIs.
Proficient in Excel or Google Spreadsheet
Must be fearless, smart, and intellectually honest with an eagerness to learn
Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and take direction from multiple departments
You must love games and have a passion for creating fun and addictive gameplay
