A Game Master is a special user within a multi-player online service who acts as an organizer, arbitrator, and official in situations regarding the game and its users.Summary:
- Strong involvement within the community, in-game and forums, to develop and maintain customer/player relations within the Outspark community
- Host/initiate compelling Outspark.com events
- Help brainstorm, create, plan and execute community events and future content for a game
- Account action and account troubleshooting
- Maintain an in-game administrative presence and enforce game policies and rules of conduct
- Be an informative resource for the companys user base
- Monitor service and game functionality with the use of in-house tools
- Collect, investigate, and process various data regarding in-game issues, exploits and bugs
- Work closely with team members to ensure milestones are met in a timely manner
- Able to analyze in-game economy, game balance, and content in order to provide appropriate feedback to Product Managers
- Work closely with QA and CS groups to ensure overall product quality and service
- Report on a daily and weekly basis about game status and daily operations
Skills Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of all Outspark games (Master of at least 1 title)
- Positive attitude and good reasoning skills
- Proficient grammar skills
- Knowledge of todays gaming industry
- Knowledge of competitor updates and events
- Proficient computer skills (troubleshooting, MS Office products, basic networking)
- Strong skills, self-directed, detail oriented, motivated, supportive and team spirited.
