Flurry is looking for a talented Games Traffic Acquisition Manager in San Francisco, who will design and execute highly effective customer acquisition campaigns for multiple game developer partners at a time, across multiple networks. Responsibilities include:
Lead paid and organic acquisition marketing efforts across both AppCircle and other acquisition networks to reach Volume, Quality and ROI acquisition goals.
Explore and test new acquisition marketing channels to secure new acquisition opportunities.
Develop A/B testing programs to maximize acquisition efforts and return.
Lead creative development for any programs or materials needed to support acquisition programs and ads.
Work with development teams to identify features that improve effective customer acquisition.
Analyze performance, generate performance reports, present to senior management and use results to optimize and ensure positive ROI.
Requirements:
3-5 years related experience managing, growing and optimizing mobile acquisition campaigns and partnerships.
Experience negotiating, purchasing and managing a variety of online media campaigns (banners, emails, pops, contextual, etc.).
Very strong in Analytics, very good working knowledge of Excel.
Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction based on analysis.
Passion for results, consistent track record of exceeding targets.
