GC Account Manager Construction Software Technologies
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The goal of the Account Manager is to maintain a high subscription renewal rate for GC contractor accounts,
and to provide market specific feedback to the sales departments in regards to the non-renewals. The GC
Account Manager leads others in the handling of inactive accounts to reestablish an ongoing relationship.
Together they address inactive customers? business and technical concerns and resells them on continuing to
use our services through software demonstrations via online ?go-to-meetings?, product education, and other
sales techniques. Additionally the position fields cancellation calls and faxes, and will proactively collect on
past due accounts.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
There are two primary areas in which the responsibilities drive the day to day operations of the department,
customer's activity in both usage of the site, and customer payments on their accounts. Customer's site
usage is determined from activity reports identifying which customers are not actively using the site,
contacting them, and getting them to actively use the product. Payment activity is handled by calling on
customers who have not paid by their expiration date, and working through any issues they may have in
Daily activities include:
? Reporting on account activity on a daily basis and ability to analyze the data to determine past
retention rates, forecasting cash flow(by day and month)
? Call on all GC accounts that are past due
? Call on any GC account that has become an inactive user ? has not logged in for the past 30
days (beyond the first 90 days following the sale).
? Make and receive calls for iSqFt for GC accounts that have sent in cancellation notice. Find
reason for cancellation and work to retain the account
? Work with the accounting team to coordinate the renewal of the GC account
? Provide weekly reports to accounting regarding non-renewals
? Collection on past due accounts
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Organization and coordination Skills
? High degree of flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics
? Strong phone selling/account management skills & experience
? Strong customer service/relations skills
? Strong computer, technical skills and reporting capabilities
? Strong understanding of solution based and production based selling
? Strong understanding of contact management and sales automation tools
? BS, BA Preferred
? 2+ years experience via inbound/outbound phone sales and/or account management.
