These leaders will provide the added momentum to build and scale a global business.
?4-6 years of experience in client service, consulting, innovation, entrepreneurship and change management
?Diagnosing, assessing, and guiding organizations through strategic change journeys
?Track record of strategy-lead execution and delivery
?A good command of ethos, logos and pathos to shape and influence thought leadership and ideas within and outside the firm
?A balance between creativity, lateral thinking, and strong analytical rigor
?Driven to achieve excellence, in a self-governing environment that?s rooted in personal integrity, transparency and seizing accountability
?Bachelor?s and Master?s degrees from top universities, globally
?Expertise in creativity, social sciences and business/ economics
?Wide range of personal interests and activities
?Strong writing and communication skills
