GCL Advisory Associate LRN-The Legal Knowledge Company
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Job Description:
Since 1994, LRN has helped 15 million people in 700 companies worldwide simultaneously navigate complex legal and regulatory environments and foster ethical cultures. LRN's combination of practical tools, education and strategic advice helps companies translate their values into concrete corporate practices and leadership behaviors that create sustainable competitive advantage. In partnership with LRN, companies need not choose between living principles and maximizing profits, or between enhancing reputation and growing revenue: both are a product of principled performance.
LRN is the trusted partner to leading businesses worldwide, including Allstate, Dow, eBay, Johnson & Johnson, Kraft, Pfizer and Viacom. LRN operates in more than 120 countries, with offices in Los Angeles, New York, London and Mumbai.
As the preeminent leader in the values-based governance market, LRN has been working with clients around the world to Inspire Principled Performance. We do so by closely and deeply partnering with Executives, Leaders and Influencers to diagnose the current ethical and behavioral health of an organization using our Governance, Culture and Leadership Assessment and HOW Metrics, and embarking on journeys to help organizations develop tailored and custom solutions, from the bottom-up, in order to seed experiments that dramatically shift the ways companies and colleagues behave. We are committed to the idea that bydoing the right thing, companies can generate disproportionate long-term value for all their stakeholders. Our HOW metrics, based on over two million observations around the world and statistically proven, validate the fact that self-governing companies generate better economic, social, and stakeholder performance. In the 21st century, a sole focus on what an organization does is no longer a sufficient condition for competitive advantage. HOW organizations behave, or outbehave, is the source of new competitive advantage. Culture, Governance and Leadership, rooted in purpose, values and behaviors should be part of any corporate strategic priority moving forward.
Today, we are rapidly growing our business to continue to aid our partners. We are seeking world-class leaders and thinkers to come join our mission. These leaders should deeply resonate with the HOW philosophy and be committed to the mission of transforming businesses and organizations based on the notion of outbehaving. These leaders will have deep experience creating and building new intellectual capital and capabilities that help organization transform and change in meaningful ways. They will have expansive networks of business leadership and thought leadership that they can bring to bear to build and grow the business, while expanding and scaling our thought leadership. The leaders will have deep experience working with senior executives across a range of organizations to help shape and influence their thinking and strategic priorities, developing and delivering long term transformational journeys, and productizing and scaling new learnings and thought leadership. They will also bring the experience of building new teams, experimenting with and developing new capabilities, and scaling fast-growing businesses. These leaders will provide the added momentum to build and scale a global business.
