General Contractor Implementation and Support Representative Construction Software Technologies

The General Contractor Implementation and Support Representative is responsible for the
training and on boarding of General Contractor customers on the iSqFt for General Contractor?s
application. Duties include: assisting the General Contractor with managing their projects? pre-bid
phase from start to finish until they demonstrate an understanding of the process and use of the
application. This position also focuses on technical support of the iSqFt for General Contractors?
customers to further enforce the training concepts and to ensure the customer understands the value
of their subscription.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
? Operate as primary point of contact to newly subscribing and trial customers of the iSqFt for
General Contractors product.
? Staff the inbound General Contractor support phone queue. Document all support cases in CRM
Software (Salesforce.com)
? Train new General Contractor customers remotely using GoToMeeting and Conference calls. In
special cases this might also be an onsite training class at the General Contractor?s office.
? Ensure that General Contractor has full knowledge of the iSqFt for General Contractors product,
its benefits of construction network and are engaged and using the system.
? Assist General Contractors with initial project creation processes via the phone and on-line
support.
? Review General Contractor system usage and provide appropriate follow up to ensure site is
being utilized to their full advantage.
? As new functionality and product updates are released for the product, contact and train General
Contractor client base.
? Resell investment in iSqFt products.
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
? Professional training experience desired
? Intermediate MS Office skills- Excel, Word, Power Point
? Experience in training customers remotely (not in person) preferred
? Knowledge of the Construction industry preferred
? Some previous sales experience preferred
Experience and Educational Requirements:
? College Degree Required
Physical Demand and Work Environment:
? Sitting at a desk, on the phone, using a computer for prolonged periods of time.
