General Contractor Sales (Inside Sales) Construction Software Technologies

Position Purpose:
To work in concert with an Outside Sales Representative in a given market to engage prospect leads, host online demonstrations of the iSqFt Private Construction Office as well set appointments with prospective customers to promote rapid Network market growth.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Making minimum of 40-50 outbound calls/day to sales leads.
2) Call on key decision makers and influencers to engage, peak interest and identify customer needs.
Qualify the Prospect as potential customer
Identify Decision maker and influencers
Research Company (type of GC, etc)
Establish Customer needs to be solved by PCO, for example:
-ITBs
-Plan Distribution
-Addenda Notifications
3) Utilize needs based and consultative selling techniques to determine product and service needs for both new and ongoing accounts/prospects.
4) Utilize Saleforce.com for every customer contact.
5) Participate in training as it relates to inside sales skills, & product knowledge. Including ongoing call monitoring and taping for training and quality purposes.
6) Provide appropriate input to management to develop marketing and sales plan.
7) Offer Prospect the opportunity to trial the PCO (during Network launches only)
8) Create sales reports as dictated.

Strong background in construction industry sales

Training and Educational Requirements:
College level education and construction industry specific knowledge base is preferred. Candidate should possess high level of comfort with use of computers, internet and MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, etc. Any Construction industry training or education is preferred.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
Sits at desk for long periods of time. Heavy phone and computer work.
