Dub Labs has a extensive mobile platform, Campus Access, for higher education that easily integrates with Student Information Systems, Learning Management systems and other backend systems so institutions can connect, inform, and engage with their audiences on their mobile devices. Campus Access is sold direct and white-labeled through strategic partnerships with Ellucian (MOX) and AT&T (Campus Guide) with over 100 live customers.
Dub Labs has an exciting opportunity for a General Manager with P&L responsibilities to lead their Higher Education business. The General Manager will provide leadership, operations and strategic direction to the sales, marketing and product staff and partners to grow revenue and profitability.
Define and Exceed Ambitious Goals: Develop and track realistic and quantifiable goals for the organization to increase revenue and profitability. Work hand in hand with the sales team to qualify leads and close deals.
Relentless Focus on Customer Experience: Actively seek to discover and exceed customer satisfaction by building relationships, instilling a customer-centric culture, collecting customer feedback, and improving products and services.
Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Install the right processes and tools to improve communication and productivity internally and externally (with partners). Work collaboratively with sales, marketing and product staff to execute strategies that drive sales and collect/act upon market feedback.
Hire and Develop Top Talent: Attract and retain top sales, marketing and product talent. Coach sales reps on how best to exceed sales goals.
--10+ years of prior success selling to executives in higher education institutions
--Deep higher education industry knowledge with the ability to quickly learn the Dub Labs product suite
--Strong leadership skills, including prioritization, communication and staff development
--Past financial leadership including defining and managing against budgets
--Demonstrated strong customer service orientation
--Superior written and oral presentation skills
--Excel in a small, fast-paced, high pressure environment
--BS in Business or related field; MBA preferred
--Ability to travel to meet prospects and clients up to 50% of the time
