The General Manager (LATAM) is a world-class, award-winning sales executive that will propel buuteeq as the dominating leader of Cloud-based SaaS marketing technology in LATAM market for the hospitality industry. This individual is an extraordinary sales executive, general manager and company leader with the vision and the practical experience to build a large Latin American business SaaS in hospitality for buuteeq.
Responsibilities
Serve as buuteeq?s leader and general manager in LATAM. Develop business strategy, hire and develop teams, grow sales and serve customers, while working with buuteeq?s management team and partners.
Define and manage strategic plan for Latin American growth. You will strategize and execute on plans for the sales organization?s development, hiring plans, sales compensation, channel programs, customer success and support, marketing programs and product feedback.
Drive the revenue and customer growth in South and Central America. Prospect, qualify, and close new hospitality accounts, while supporting existing accounts. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Build, lead and expand the LATAM sales team in targeted markets. As the sales leader for the region, you?ll be focused on generating sales revenue and unit growth while minimizing sales costs and bureaucracy. As the general manager, you?ll be expected to manage and oversee all LATAM operations with an eye toward efficient processes and procedures.
Requirements
Proven successful track record of leadership in SaaS sales - including both transactional and solution selling experience. This includes 10+ years as a sales manager with P&L responsibility. The ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally is equally important.
A deep belief in the buuteeq vision of changing the meaning of marketing for hospitality customers.
Experience managing customers and employees locally as well as working with buuteeq team worldwide. Multi-lingual skills required. Must be multilingual with fluency in English.
A connection to the hospitality industry ? either through working in industry or selling to the industry ? is strongly desired.
Strategic and creative thinking - You quickly see hospitality and marketing trends and synthesize those trends to selling to prospective customers and recruiting new hires.
Blue-chip academic background, with a graduate business degree and experience of strategy formulation and delivery.
A passion for travel and adventure is a core value of our company.
Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
