JOB DESCRIPTIONSummary of Functions:
Provide highly effective management of labor resources for increased depth and breadth of capability in service, quality, operations execution and customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
Act as the primary point-of-contact for the Client?s on-site management
Efficiently develop and manage organizational resources, policies and procedures for increased depth and breadth of capabilities in:
Quality and service
Productivity
Execution excellence
Effective Customer Relationship Management
Increase emphasis on quality; provide analysis for reporting and response to performance indices; employ feedback from production, IT and training
Focus on process consistency and execution excellence
Team and coordinate with Process Control Resources
Engineers and Production Management team member
Quality and Training designees
Process ownership for Quality, Inventory Management and Distribution activities
Increase flexibility and responsiveness to change, improvement, quality and corrective action
Enhance change management implementation capabilities
Improve resource training, retention and deployment
Provide dedicated distribution services and inventory management organization
Provide innovation, leadership and ?best in class" principles and practices
Optimize all resources to meet or exceed production, quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction metrics
Physical Requirements:
Operate safely in an office and plant environment
Be able to observe warehouse operations safely and swiftly
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
10 years Production Management of Large Production Operations and Supply Chain Management or related field
Experience in leadership and project and resource management
BA/BS degree
APICS certification and/or other appropriate certification (quality, lean manufacturing, etc.)
