This General Manager role is responsible for providing overall leadership for the company?s newest brand, Treat.com. The GM will set the strategic agenda and drive business results for the brand. The GM will lead the product, marketing, design and engineering teams to develop and execute the business strategies, set product positioning and pricing, establish the marketing objectives, drive the product innovation roadmap, and deliver on financial objectives.
The GM will be an integral member of the senior leadership team and will report directly to the SVP GM of the company. He or she will work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders to achieve the brand?s long term strategic objectives:

Responsibilities
Develop and drive the overall business strategy in support of company?s growth objectives. Leverage their entrepreneurial spirit along with a deep understanding of the business, market and customers to create winning strategies.
Establish the product innovation roadmap for the brand. Prioritize features and functionality and make resource investment decisions. Deliver on key projects to grow revenue and increase competitive differentiation.
Drive innovation and creativity that inspires customer loyalty and growth through the launch of new services and outstanding user experience.
Develop executable business plans and lead the team to achieve exceptional results. Establish both short and long term metrics and goals. Develop and maintain a high performing, engaged team.
Manage the P&L for the brand and deliver yearly financial objectives.
Requirements
M.B.A. and 6+ years general management experience
5-8 years e-commerce business experience that includes experience in e-commerce strategy, merchandising and funnel optimization
Experience in mobile preferred
Exceptional strategic, analytical and problem solving skills (strategy consulting experience preferred)
Excellent leadership skills with a strong track record of building and engaging teams
Experience driving strategic direction of e-commerce roadmap and expertise in e-commerce principles and industry best practices
Exceptional communication skills ? written, verbal, presentation ? with all levels of the organization, including executive management
Ability to build effective partnerships across the organization at all levels
