Global Account Manager Trax Technologies
Position responsible for ensuring global customer satisfaction and growth of revenue, profit and sustainability. This leadership role covers all facets of client relationships.
Work as liaison between client and Trax support teams.
Ensure customers and Trax are in alignment on objectives, value measures and obligations as defined.
Generate revenue and achieve profitability targets
Provide leadership, training and guidance to regional staff to facilitate operational support
Work with Product Team to provide industry and customer perspective in product planning and deployment initiatives.
Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies
Desired Skills and Experience
Expert level knowledge and experience in supply chain sales and operations
Experience in enterprise-class technology applications, especially hosted delivery model
Oral and written presentation skills
Financial and data analytic skills
Trilingual- English, Spanish and Portuguese
