General Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards and HRIS, this position is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and communication of the company?s benefits, including health and welfare, income protection, time off, financial/retirement plans, work/family, and other benefits, on a global basis. Develop benefits that are competitive with market trends and practices, cost-effective, valued by employees and in compliance with local laws. Work with benefits advisor and local brokers to negotiate coverages, services and costs. Responsible for managing annual renewal process, open enrollment, health fair, 401k committee, and other related activities.

Responsibilities:
Participates in the design, implementation & administration of new and existing benefit programs and policies.
Participates in the Benefits Committee and helps ensure governance of benefits plans and programs, including all federal, state and local laws and regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, ADA, IRS, DOL, HCR, etc.
Participates in benefit surveys and benchmarking activities and recommends appropriate changes in line with benefits philosophy and plan objectives.
Works closely with benefits broker on annual renewal, open enrollment, new benefit plan offerings, vendor evaluation and management, annual health fair and other related activities.
Responsible for managing FireEye 401(k) Plan, including maintaining all documentation Committee action items, and follow-up activities in order to support our fiduciary responsibilities. Work with record keeper and trustee to oversee plan on day-to-day basis.
Responsible for Worker?s Compensation program.
Ensure government reporting requirements are met, including 5500 filings, SPDs, SMMs, SARs, etc.
Acts as point of contact to resolve health and welfare operational problems, health and welfare escalations, claims and appeals.
Develops and implements meaningful and engaging employee communication and educational programs relating to our benefit programs.
Maintains benefits information on HR intranet.
Participates in M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration activities.
Researches new systems/tools/processes for benefits administration.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (HR, Business Administration or related area, preferred)
7-10 years of Global Benefits experience
Experience within a high tech organization preferred
CEBS, CBP or other related certification desirable
Functional knowledge of Human Resources business processes (compensation, benefits, payroll, etc.)
Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
