Located at SpaceClaim's Concord, MA-USA Headquarters, the Channel Operations Manager will play an integral role in driving the growth, expansion, and support of our reseller team. This position will lead the coordination effort to onboard new channel partners as well as roll out new products and enhancements across all channel reseller partners. The role will also interact with channel partners as necessary to facilitate the operational processes, announcements, and relevant training programs. The position will design a formalized process, checklist, and timeline to be used for all launches. The ideal candidate will be well versed in channel sales and support methodologies.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with onboarding process for new reseller partners
Work directly with marketing, channel sales managers, and resellers to design and execute innovative joint programs that engage partners? customers, build awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive new business.
Work with channel sales managers to understand and provide support with overall territory and reseller planning to ensure optimized activity to grow the business.
Report and analyze channel sales and marketing programs, promotions, and overall reseller performance and provide insights to help grow the business.
Work closely with sales team to ensure proper lead routing and follow-up.
Conduct ongoing communication campaigns to increase awareness, knowledge, and reseller engagement.
Maintain partner portal and sales tool kit.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold a B.A. or B.S. in marketing, business or related field
Have 2-4 years of prior sales, sales operations and reseller channel experience
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate a professional demeanor
Have an outgoing personality and a motivation to succeed in a sales environment
