THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Mark Andy is seeking a Global Credit Analyst to manage the day-to-day global credit operations and trade finance efforts. Serve as a catalyst within the company to insure that the requirements for product, delivery and service meet or exceed our customer?s expectations and comply with domestic as well as international trade regulations. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Receive Accounting Worksheets both domestic and international, review for accuracy and decide to proper billing format.
Gather all relevant information to insure accuracy of customer contract and all terms of sale for both domestic and international agreements
Determines correct Incoterms 2012 or current version usage for all international OE billing
Understand and apply logistical requirements associated with international shipments
Understand and resolve import/export rules and regulation issues.
Manage distributor and customer documentary request to achieve successful importation of equipment.
Manage and maintain day to day processes for International Letters of Credit, for accurate and compliant documentary presentation for timely distribution of funds
Interface with outside resources, partners, freight forwarders and lending institutions to facilitate documentary compliance for both domestic and international sales.
Manage online banking tools for receivable management and international transactions
Advise internal stakeholders concerning funding, receipts etc.
Manage distributor commissions; resolve any issues or disputes as they pertain to commissions
Manage cash receipts for payments and make necessary adjustments on Oracle.
Engage in global collection efforts. (i.e.- statements, faxes, invoices etc)
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/ Skills Required
Strong communication and organizational skills
In-depth knowledge of Oracle ? AR module
Associates Degree required or equivalent in experience
Specialty training - i.e. from National Association of Credit Management
3-5 years of direct experience in global credit and trade
Bi-lingual or foreign language skills a plus
Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
Normal office equipment; copier, fax, adding machine
