GLOBAL CUSTOMER ADVOCACY TRAINING MANAGER Belkin Corporation
What you?ll do
As a Corporate Trainer, you will develop training material related to both Belkin and Linksys technologies, products, processes and deliver training to customers, employees, and/or outsourcers in various geographical locations around the world.
How you?ll do it
Write and modify training material (including text, graphics - in various formats such as PowerPoint, Word, simulation tools), handouts, exams; Design laboratory exercises; Consult with subject matter experts to verify accuracy of training material; Follow up to determine applicability of training material.
Perform needs analysis by interacting with internal or external customers and functional organizations to develop specifications for training material.
Deliver technical, process, and/or sales-training courses for customers, employees, or outsourcers on Linksys technologies, products, processes using instructor-led (lecture and/or laboratory sessions) and/or remote training methodologies.
Arrange logistics for training events (such as scheduling conference rooms, voice lines, data lines, shipping equipment, configuring equipment, consulting with internal and/or external requestor).
What you?ll need
BA/BS degree or other equivalent experience
A+, MCP, MCSA, CCNA, CCNP, voice certifications
What you?ve done
5 years as a Technical Trainer in a related high-tech company
5 years training channel partners and/or call centers
Managed training projects
Plan for training delivery (such as reviewing content, using equipment and/or processes, consulting subject matter experts, assessing audience).
