This position is responsible for understanding all business processes related to the Data Staging and supporting the business community. The Carrier Data Analyst?s primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong carrier contacts for the regions they support. The Carrier Data Analyst function will include gathering data, tier 1 review of such data, the development and maintains of MOM?s, and supporting the other analyst within Data Staging.Expertise:
Essential
Ability to manage Projects with little direction
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Detail oriented.
Possess analytical skills to present solutions to problems, while demonstrating a level of independence.
Data manipulation and analyst between text editors, Excel and/or Access.
Basic understanding of data files layouts and format documents.
Ability to multitask on various ad-hoc requests
Teamwork oriented and strategically focused
Emphasis on customer service and quality
Adapt to an ever changing environment while being able to remain focused and not lose site of strategic goals
A high level of work independence is necessary while being able to be supportive and provide direction based on company initiative
Possess a level of creativity offering suggestions to help build the business and make processes more efficient.
Basic SQL querying a plus
Desired
Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 5 years related experience
Carrier Operator experience a plus
Knowledgeable in Telecommunications
Language skills a plus
Internet scraping experience
Fluent in multiple languages within region
