Become an integral member of an early stage start-up that is leading the shift in the way digital video is bought, sold, analyzed and valued.
We are looking for a cross-functional leader who can structure and grow a global account management team. An ideal candidate will have in-depth industry knowledge of digital video and the ad-tech space.
Primary Responsibilities
Own post-sale client relationship and account process
Oversee and expand the account management department
Develop and maintain relationships within agency activation teams
Collaborate with Sales to drive up-selling opportunities
Improve internal account processes to drive efficiencies
Provide client feedback to help inform future product enhancements
Develop client training strategies that enhance adoption and usage of the platform
Drive client communication/training on new launches and product changes
Desired Skills & Experience
6-10 years of experience in digital media, brand marketing, ad tech
Past account management experience required
High energy with proven ability to lead and grow a team
Strong understanding of the agency landscape and ad-tech space
Highly organized and process oriented
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Experience with video, rich media or other ad delivery platforms highly preferred
Some travel required
