The Global Marketing Manager - Public Sector will be responsible for owning the marketing strategy and plan for Good Technology?s WW Public Sector business. This role will report to the VP, Worldwide Public Sector, and will be responsible for building and engaging a global community across corporate/product/field marketing, business development, and sales/channel teams to help build and align the marketing strategies and activities needed to aggressively grow the Public Sector business worldwide.
? Design, implement, and facilitate execution of the annual Public Sector marketing plan across multiple international regions.
? Manage the global Public Sector marketing budget, providing direction and allocation for field marketing teams.
? Handle messaging behind solution launches, website, related Internet marketing campaigns, to ensure consistency.
? Drive development of positioning and messaging to differentiate Good?s solutions in the Public Sector market.
? Sales enablement ? communicate the value proposition of Good?s solutions for the Public Sector to the sales and channel teams and develop the sales tools that support the selling process into this market.
? Content creation ? drive development of content to generate awareness and support demand for Good?s solutions in the Public Sector. Content includes presentations, whitepapers, blogs, videos, press releases, web copy, etc.
? Demand Generation - develop and manage the strategy for global marketing programs for Good?s solutions for governments.
? Willingness to travel up to 25%.
? +10 years of marketing experience in a strategic role applying strong analytical skills.
? Business savvy, with the ability to solve problems, exercise good judgment and sell your ideas.
? Action oriented. Exhibits energy, initiative, innovation, confidence and strong learning capacity.
? Ability to inspire teamwork and collaboration across functions and geographies.
? Values honesty, integrity and accountability.
? Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
? Proven experience successfully designing and executing a global, integrated marketing plan, including messaging/positioning, communications (leveraging social media, SEO, etc.), media placements, demand gen, and events.
? BA or MBA in Marketing or related field
