Airbnb is looking for a Global Payments Accountant for its San Francisco HQ location. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Accounting, this role will be responsible for processes and controls related to vendor payments, employee expense reimbursements, managing corporate credit program and the monitoring and reporting of cash disbursements activity.

Partner with the Global Accounting and Treasury teams on system enhancements, reporting and internal controls.
Monitor cash balances in the US and International operating accounts, ensuring timely funding to subsidiaries.
Focus on automating Airbnb?s supplier payment process streamlining the high growth, global operations function.
Partner with Department Heads and FP&A to review monthly trend analysis in order to understand variances and provide solutions.
Oversee all aspects of the global corporate credit card program.
Responsible for the travel & expense reimbursement process.
Work on other global ad-hoc projects.
Minimum of 7 years work experience in a high volume accounting environment and relevant experience with procure-to-pay processes.
Experience in establishing or enhancing business policies and process re- engineering in accounts payable and purchasing card programs.
Accustomed to working within deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
Experience with automated payment processing and working on a global banking
Strong integrity and work ethic.
NetSuite experience is a strong plus.
Strong software background (MS Excel and Word) required.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to change
Team Player ? strong willingness to support the team.
Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
