SRS Labs is a vital resource to consumer electronics OEMs and is the world leader in practical applications of the science of psychoacoustics. We have studied both the sending and receiving of audio, which allows us to design and create solutions that enable listeners to enjoy natural, restored sound from an incredibly wide variety of audio devices, like PCs, televisions, mobile phones, media players, car audio and more.
Working with the Sr. Vice President of Sales, as the Global Sales Operations Manager, you?ll be responsible for assisting with a range of administration and sales duties. Your role will involve being a key point of contact with 6 regions around the world, therefore you will need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport over the telephone or face to face.
You will be required to assist in the development and implementation of key sales tools tracking forecasting, regional performance, key account level metrics, and CRM management. You will also manage seminar and workshop logistics and provide support at company sales functions, trade shows, regional trainings, and events.
For this position our client is looking for a talented candidate with an open and friendly manner, an outgoing personality, and an energetic approach. Previous commercial experience in a similar position would be beneficial to your application; however isn?t essential as long as you can demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop yourself.
You will also have well developed organizational skills, an excellent telephone manner, great listening skills, and be highly proficient with MS Office suite and CRM applications. As Global Sales Operations Manager, your role is to support the global sales teams in developing scalable operations and achieving company goals.
Responsibilities include:
Assist in maintaining company wide CRM tool (Salesforce.com)
Assist in management of key weekly, monthly global sales reporting documents
Research and maintain sales documents, legal documents, and contracts
Work with the key functional support departments including: Marketing, Accounting, Royalty Compliance and Finance on all business processes
Prepare reports for sales, sales management, executive staff and board of directors
Help plan/coordinate sales trainings
Assist with sales compensation planning, reporting, and performance metrics
Requirements:
Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
Salesforce.com or other CRM experience a plus
Must be organized, detail and process oriented with excellent communication skills
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues
Must be able to work during global business hours e.g. 10am to 7pm
Language Skills:
Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency or language skills in other languages is a plus.
Education:
Bachelors Degree. MBA is a plus but not compulsory.
