JOB SUMMARY: This position is a senior level position in the Global Solution Architect team. This role is critical to the success of the Global Sales team by leading, defining and documenting all aspects of the customer/prospect requirements and architecting a comprehensive, compelling solution based on the Infor Industry Solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Take ownership of all aspects of the Infor solution sales cycle to customers and prospects from discovery through solution definition

· Work collaboratively with the Global Sales Team to deliver a high impact solution presentation to the customer and prospect exceeding their expectations

· Gain trusted advisor status with customers and prospects by understanding their business and developing strategies with them to gain tangible benefits to the business using Infor products

· Coordinate internal Subject Matter Experts (SME) to engage with the customer/prospect during solution presentations and demos

· Engage with consultants, developers, operational personnel and technology leadership (CTO, CIO, Directors etc.) within prospect organizations establishing a positive customer relationship

· Providing deep domain expertise in one or more vertical industries establishing credibility with the customer and prospect

· Provide field level guidance and feedback to multiple internal organizations (Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, QA) on industry trends, product features and enhancement

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

· A minimum of 5 years' experience in ERP or Supply Chain experience required

· A minimum of 3 years in a pre-sales and/or sales support position

· BSc or BA degree required

A strong background in at least 3 of the following areas is essential:

· Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

· Product Lifecycle Management ( PLM)

· Inventory Management and Warehousing

· Manufacturing / MRP (ERP)

· Supply Chain Management (SCM)

· Workflow / Process Automation

· Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

· Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)

· Business Analytics and Reporting

preferred skills & KNOWLEDGE:

Exposure to at least 2 of the following ERP/CRM solutions is essential:

· Baan/ LN

· Lawson

· SAP

· Oracle
