Go-to-Market Director - Enterprise Work Management AtTask

Would you like to be the architect behind a bold new strategy?
AtTask is redefining the way people work with its groundbreaking approach to Enterprise Work Management (EWM) ? and as the GTM Director behind that strategy, you?ll be responsible for researching, identifying, and monetizing new market opportunities for EWM. If you like to think strategically but also get your hands dirty when it?s time to execute, this position could be an ideal fit.
Lead the research necessary to understand customer needs and new opportunities.
Answer critical questions like: How are customers using AtTask? What pain points are they solving? And which audiences represent untapped opportunities for our solutions?
Work with customers, the sales team, partners, and a wide range of analytics to identify the most promising market opportunities.
Implement rigorous processes to both test and incubate new market ideas to determine their validity and fit for AtTask.
Clearly articulate the results of market analyses with sales, marketing, product management, and senior leadership.
Understand the competitive landscape across all the markets in which AtTask competes.
Use new market insights to inform and enable better demand generation programs, sales tools, and services best practices.
Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates AtTask and its solutions.
Act as a credible subject matter expert who can clearly articulate the AtTask story, our Enterprise Work Management strategy, and the company?s unique value proposition for internal and external audiences.
Stay on the forefront of market shifts ? economic changes, M&A activity, etc. ? that impact AtTask and its solutions.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor?s degree in marketing, business, or related discipline required
Minimum of 10 years experience in B2B technology marketing or product management, preferably working with SaaS solutions
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent abilities managing, gathering, and analyzing primary and secondary research
Ability to provide market-level or strategic-level analysis for a senior audience
Strong presentation skills and the ability to teach complex concepts simply and concisely through great storytelling
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed goals
Ability to think strategically but also have exceptional attention to detail
Passion and skill for leading and partnering with cross-functional teams and customers
Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of Salesforce, web analytics, and marketing automation tools
Confident, positive, energetic, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in fast-paced environment
