Employment Type:Full TimeDescription:We are currently searching for high-energy, self-motivated individuals to join our North Austin CSR/Sales team who will be responsible for commercial communication product sales.
These roles will involve taking INBOUND calls from interested customers throughout the local Texas market who are responding to advertisements and marketing campaigns.
Your goal:
?Generate New Business & Create Strong Referral Networks
?Achieve Weekly Sales Goals & Quotas
?Attend Sales Meetings
?Ensure Customer Satisfaction through Delivery of Exceptional Customer Service Skills
?Resolve Customer Concerns, Work w/ Installations & Technical Support
Requirements:
?1+ Years in sales & customer service, preferably in a call center but other experience will be considered if relevant
?Excellent CSR skills
?Ability to up-sale and close new business opportunities over the phone
?Good time management, organizational and verbal communication skills
?Ability to listen well and gather information rapidly from customers to present relevant solutions that meet their needs
?Professional manner, attitude and a strong degree of integrity
?Prefer Fluent Spanish speaker for some roles
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly $11.50 + Uncapped Bonus Structure
