Graphic Designer Underground Elephant

The Graphic designer is responsible for developing the creative strategy and conception of new campaigns, as well as in the execution of attractive web designs and illustrations. They will work with a team of designers to create a product that meets modern standards both creatively and technologically.
Responsibilities

This position may include some or all of the following :

Manage daily creative assignments assigned by the project manager
Maintain knowledge of modern technology and styles
Landing page design
Web site design
Banner design and development; Static and Flash
Research, develop, and implement new methods of creative and technical advancement
Assist in creating assets for other team members to use in other departments
Collaborate with members of various departments to streamline processes in optimizing current landing pages and web banners
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of creative materials

Requirements/Qualifications:

Good creativity
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Minimum degree in graphic design, communication ,or related field
Ability to collaborate and work independently with minimal supervision
Knowledge of Photoshop, Quark Express, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office
Web site design knowledge is an advantage
Writing and editing skills.
